What payment option are available to me?

  • For resident Indians: Credit/Debit cards, NetBanking, Digital wallets, UPI
  • For everyone else: PayPal (Coming Soon)

 

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my account subscription and get a full refund?

You may cancel your account subscription at any time. Refunds will be applicable only in certain cases. You are advised to refer to Section 8.0 of the ownCloud Accounts Terms of Use for more information.

 

Will I need to manually renew my account subscription?

Yes. Unless you renew your account by your billing due date, your account will be disabled and your service plan will be interrupted. We will send you two e-mail reminders 7 days and 3 days before your account expiry.

 

What options do I have if I do not want to pay every month?

We currently do not have other subscription periods available. We may introduce them in future based on demand.

 

Why do you give no Refunds after the Cancellation Interval or partial Refunds in some cases?

We make commercial agreements for storage, bandwidth and computing resources when you place your order. This is applicable for the duration of the term for which your order has been placed. When we alter these agreements based on your cancellation, there are administrative cost implications to us.

 

Why do you charge for the full billing period when ordering Addons / Upgrades in the middle of the billing period?

As it is not possible to limit you to use the Addons / Upgrades in a daily pro rata manner, it is possible you may use the entire Addon / Upgrade benefit in a few days. Hence it is not fair that we should charge you only on a pro rata basis.

 

Why are you not charging a Service Tax for clients in India?

We have exercised the Small Scale Exemption option under Service Tax Notification No. 33/2012.
